Bullet point Perspective, Energy security - March 2009
Since 2006 the Isle of Man there has been a Tynwald policy to develop renewable energy. But who’s responsible for putting that policy in place? And why has so little happened since Tynwald agreed it?
ffinlo spoke to the Chairman of the MEA, to renewable energy experts, and to the author of the Tynwald energy policy itself. Can the wind power our future – or is it all just hot air?

Other 2007 programmes
Bullet point 16 & 17 years were given the right to vote on the Isle of Man in 2006. In a series of four Perspective programmes ffinlo invited 16 - 18 year olds to debate current affairs in front of their peers and interview the relevant Isle of Man Government minister on each subject.
